Typically an engineering term used for the beginning stages of data gathering for the project on hand. The project development will include a mentorship program for the youth of Southern Alberta. The mentorship program may look like Nashville Tennessee's 'Rocketown' & Springhill Tennessee's 'Revolution Generation'.
